Terms, Consent & Safeguarding

These terms apply to every club submission, player entry and enquiry made through the KPFA Official Player Catalogue & Squad Registration module.

1. Purpose of the catalogue

The KPFA Official Player Catalogue exists to present accurate, verified information about players taking part in KPFA scouting tournaments so that professional scouts, football agents, clubs and talent identification organisations can review talent. Viewing, sharing and exporting the public catalogue is free.

2. Club submissions and accuracy

Participating clubs submit player information through the club submission portal using their access code. Clubs confirm that all information provided is true, accurate and complete, and that they are authorised to submit it. KPFA may correct, request correction of, hold for review or remove any entry.

3. Verification

Only entries reviewed and verified by KPFA appear in the public catalogue. Match statistics are published only after KPFA approval. Unverified, pending, rejected or corrected entries remain private.

4. Age and identity

Clubs must supply an accurate date of birth and an age category. KPFA performs age-category checks and may request supporting documentation. Deliberate misrepresentation of a player's age or identity may lead to removal of the player and the club from the tournament and catalogue.

5. Parent / guardian consent (minors)

For every player under 18, the submitting club confirms that the parent or legal guardian has consented to the player's participation and to publication of the player's catalogue information. Consent confirmations, dates of birth, guardian details and submitter contact information are stored privately and are never published.

6. Information published publicly

Public profiles show name, player ID, club, shirt number, age, age category, positions, preferred foot, height, headshot, optional summary and approved statistics. Personal contact details of players, families and clubs are never published. All enquiries are routed through the official KPFA contacts.

7. Enquiries and interest requests

Requests for more information, expressions of interest and shortlists submitted through this platform are delivered directly to the KPFA tournament team, together with the requester's email address or WhatsApp number so KPFA can reply.

8. No guarantee of opportunity

KPFA does not guarantee a trial, selection, contract or transfer. Appearance in this catalogue does not transfer or create registration rights, and any opportunity remains subject to applicable football regulations and the rights of the player, parent/guardian and club.

9. Safeguarding

KPFA operates a child-safeguarding-first approach. Direct contact with minors or their families through this platform is not permitted. Any concern should be reported immediately to KPFA using the official contacts below.

10. Use of catalogue data

The catalogue may be viewed, shared, printed and exported for legitimate scouting, talent identification and club purposes. It may not be used for unlawful purposes, resale of player data, or any activity that breaches applicable football regulations or the rights of players, families or clubs.
